Perfect for a Family Getaway
The terrace has an very nice view of the whole city! The staff were super friendly, they even let us stash our luggage after checking out while we was great.
It wasn't cheap but acceptable given the experience.

Well-appointed and well-maintained hotel with especially helpful team with a hard to get reservation at an excellent restaurant. Good choice of options for large and varied breakfast. The exceptionally nice location for the price, adjacent to great restaurants and even good theater and the historic center and river. Again, walking distance to a minor basilica.

The beautiful views from the rooftop bar, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was not as clean as expected, with worn furnishings and issues like stained furniture and a broken chandelier. It felt overpriced for what was offered.

The breakfast was varied and we tasted complimentary drinks. The location was superior, in such a convenient location to various historical sites with easy access to a main shopping street and a shopping street.

A bold move that proved rewarding!
The Superior Double room offered fine views of the Arno, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, with a variety of fresh options. The rooftop bar? A amazing sight to behold at sunset. We traveled with our two small dogs, and they felt right at home too.

The room offered a fine view of the river. The rooftop bar provided amazing cityscape views. The homemade ice cream was a good treat. The lack of variety in the breakfast options was disappointing, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been better. There was also some noise from nearby streets that occasionally disrupted tranquility.

Plaza hotel lucchesi is special. The two-story family suite was practical and spacious. The seasonal rooftop pool is perfect for refreshing dips with chairs to relax and enjoy fine views over the river and towards the duomo. Breakfast offered quality, and the staff was helpful, especially at the empireo bar where cocktails were crafted just right.

We had a magnificent view of Florence from our balcony. We did not want to leave. The location is not central but still good and QUIET so that you can open windows. Also the maid service was very attentive to our needs. Great hospitality!
The regular coffee was just "ok". Ask for a cappuccino!
